🎵 VOLE - A Piano Song of Love, Loss, & Letting Go

Hi, guys!

Some loves aren’t meant to be held - they’re meant to be set free. Vole is the sound of that release: the quiet moment when hope softens into acceptance and you let the wind carry them away. I composed this piece alone in a small Andalusian town, where the sea whispered memories and the seagulls echoed the ache in my heart. I had just left a man and a country I loved deeply. My world had shrunk to a terrace, a stretch of sand, and a piano. And in that stillness, I realized: love doesn’t always mean holding on. Sometimes, it means letting go - gracefully, fully, without resistance. This isn’t a song of sadness. It’s a song of flight. If you’ve ever loved someone enough to let them go, Vole is for you.
