Welcome to favie.me and the FAVIE Group ecosystem. By accessing or using any part of our website, services, shop, academy, agency, community, or events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These materials are published as originally produced by reputable newspapers, magazines, and media outlets, and remain the intellectual property of their original publishers. Any edits to linked video content are for brevity or to highlight FAVIE's contributions. These materials are shared for non-commercial, archival purposes only. If you are a copyright holder with concerns, please contact us.

• Use of Media Logos: Logos of newspapers, TV stations, production companies, and other media outlets featured on this website are used for informational and reference purposes only. • Shipping & Delivery: We ship internationally but are not liable for lost or damaged shipments.

7. MEMBERSHIP & COMMUNITY RULES (FAVIE COMMUNITY)

• Subscription & Refunds: Memberships are billed monthly and non-refundable. Members can cancel anytime.

• User Conduct: Users violating rules (spam, harassment, inappropriate content) may be banned without refund.

• Political & Religious Discussions: Not allowed.

• Content Ownership: Content posted within the community remains within the community. Members do not retain individual rights over their posts.

8. EVENTS & TICKET SALES

• Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, all sales are final.

• Cancellations & Reschedules: If an event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will receive credit for a future event.

• Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for injuries or incidents at live events.

• Ticket Transfer: Not allowed. Tickets are linked to individual names for security purposes.

9. ONLINE COURSES (FAVIE ACADEMY)

• Usage Rights: Course materials may not be resold, shared, or distributed.

• Access Duration: Lifetime access as long as the website and academy exist.

• Refunds: Not available once access is granted.

10. CONSULTING & AGENCY SERVICES (FAVIE AGENCY)

• Payment: Full payment is required upfront.

• Refunds: Not available once service is provided.

• No Guarantees: Results are not guaranteed, and FAVIE Group is not liable for any outcomes.

11. DONATIONS & CHARITY (FAVIE CHARITY)

• Tax Deductibility: This depends on your country’s tax laws.

• Donation Receipts: Confirmation emails serve as receipts.

• Refund Policy: Donations are non-refundable unless requested within 48 hours.

12. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

• Data Collection: We store names, emails, and billing details, but not payment information.

• Security: As hosted on Podia, Shopify, and other platforms, data security follows their policies.

• GDPR Compliance: EU users may request data deletion at any time by emailing team@favie.me.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LEGAL PROTECTIONS

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction (English): These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the substantive laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be Zürich, Switzerland.

• Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand (German – Legally Binding Clause): Für diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gilt ausschließlich Schweizer Recht. Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten aus oder im Zusammenhang mit diesen Bedingungen ist Zürich, Schweiz.

• Dispute Resolution: Disputes must first go through mediation. If unresolved, arbitration is required before any court action.

• Liability Disclaimer: FAVIE Group is not responsible for losses, hacking, product dissatisfaction, service failures, or user actions.
